"It started out by them calling me two hours before I arrived telling me I needed to put a credit card on file even though everything was paid they said they can’t get incidentals from hotels.com so they wanted my credit card. "Our stay started on a rocky note when the "grinder" sump pump for the house failed our first night there! The property owner and property management team were very helpful and responsive, and the problem was fixed the next day. Customer service was excellent and the property was comfortable and well maintained.
