I had a lot of questions prior to renting due to me being out of state and not able to see property prior to renting it for my brother who needed a place to stay until his apartment was ready. The front desk clerk that I spoke with was very open to answering my questions. Stay was a month for my brother. He had no complaints. He said he stay there again. "

"Span call to room saying the computers went down and needed credit card information. Clerk did not know how they could have called rooms. there were at least two different rooms called. Did not give information and went downstairs."

"Worst motel 6 I've ever seen. This hotel was low standard back in the early 90s but even then it was bareable. Now it's gotten so bad I'd not let me dogs stay there. The floor is coming up and welping, the beds are uncomfortable and sheets dingy, parking is limited by your room and absolutely no amenities. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the water is hot and has good pressure and is in a convenient and fairly quiet location. Prices are comparable to red roof and super 8 so look...

"This is an unusually nice Motel. It is in a nice, safe, clean area right by the mall with several mid to upscale restaurants within a short drive or walk. The property is well maintained, clean and the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. While it is a no frills budget motel I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. If you’re looking for just a clean, safe place to sleep and on a budget, I highly recommend it."

"Woke up to a cold shower which was a bad experience to me. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. When I went to the front desk to tell the clerk about the hot water not working in the shower, she never apologized just pointed to a young man that was there to fix the water. "

"The staff was exceptional. The night clerk was super helpful and friendly. His name is Daniel. The young man working the breakfast buffet was wonderful, he was very kind and joyful. I did not get his name, but he was a blessing to us."

"Staff were friendly & check-in and check-out were easy. Bed was clean & comfortable. Room was spacious. However, the bath area & outlets need updating. Parts of the tub were dirty and some caulking needed replacing. The tissue holder was falling out of the wall. None of the outlets would keep things plugged in and the charging ports didn’t work."
