"We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!"

"The rooms were cleaned every day. Hussein was amazing and went far and above to make sure we were comfortable. We experienced kindness from everyone. The staff was absolutely lovely, very attentive, and kept an eye out on the hot-air balloon prices for me to get the best last-minute deal! They are always present to find you an extra towel for the pool or bring you a cool beverage! The breakfast is a very well-equipped buffet with both local and Western European options. The room was amazing with very charming lighting and a very comfortable spa inside."
