"Lovely hotel. However I was charged twice for the stay. Once from Expedia which was correct and once by the hotel. After 10days of chasing the hotel I am still waiting a reply."

"Didn't get housekeeping every day, one day I didn't need anything and don't worry about it today and seemed not to come back the next 2 days. Otherwise all good"

"Almost all staff were really wonderful. Motel very central for Bentley hospital and bus stops. One female receptionist was quite curt and never helped hold the office doors open while we were trying to get multiple suit cases out of storage. All the other receptionists were so very helpful and happy. The cleaner was lovely. Loved our stay."

"I was very disappointed in this stay as there was dirty rooms and no soup in the kitchen to wash your hands,could not even take shower as there were no shampoo or conditioners in the shower,also there was a small refrigerator which door was open and could not use it, would not ever stay there again "
