"Had to call front desk, tv would not turn on. Turned out it was totally unplugged, as was the phone—so returning to our room at 11:30 at night, we had no phone because someone disconnected it…we thought both things unplugged was rather strange. Refrigerator ran loudly all night. Got up to shower the next morning and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Thank goodness my husband had the foresight to bring a travel sized bottle."

"While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia.
