"Checking in the lady was very nice and helpful room was spotless breakfast is absolutely brilliant plenty of food very helpful if you asked for scrambled eggs there was no problem loads to choose from between the cold buffet and the hot buffet hot food was piping hot would definitely stay here again you can walk down to the town it it was just around corner from the hotel plenty of spaces in carpark as Hotel could see my car from my bedroom window "

"What an amazing place. Very quaint building. Was made to feel like we were at home the moment we walked in. Steve is an amazing manager and made us smile and laugh as soon as we walked in. "very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"Do not stay here! The bathtub was falling apart, there are stains all over the ceiling and the place looks like it's going to fall apart. Cracks in the ceiling and barely any hot water. Luckily we were only here to sleep for one night but it was one of the worst stays. Not to mention extremely over priced. No amenities in the room. 12 inch tv and sagging beds with bad smelly scratchy sheets. There were 4 of us and we only had 3 towels and there is no staff to get towels from. No rest due to how...
