"Overall a good place to stay in Glasgow! Within walking distance to all attractions with easy access to train and bus station. Small apartment, but well equipped. The bed is very hard and you only get 2 coffee pods per stay. Also front desk staff did not seem very friendly."

"The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
The location is good for walking to the train station, the bus station and to shops.
However, there are many stairs to enter into the building. The staff assisted with the luggage on check-in and check out.
The noise in the alley late at night and all through the night was extreme. I guess we were unlucky to get one of the rooms that the windows faced the alley. As the air conditioning was not working, our...

"Everything was wonderful except there was nothing in the ad to say you have to contact the owner if you have a car. It just says self-parking available. Please call before you arrive and be prepared to pay a 50 pound deposit for the fob which let's you into the parking behind the hotel."

"I would stay again, and will, but the room had no plug in the sink which a number of gnat flies came from. When I informed the host, they were apologetic and said they would inspect the room. I have stayed here before and this is the only occasion this has happened"
