This gotta be like one of the most terrible experiences I ever had at a hotel. First off this had nothing to do with customer service, the African gentleman in the front was very kind and very polite and extremely professional. I needed a room that night and he was able to get me one so I’m deeply grateful. The first room that I’ve got to the fire alarm was broken that’s number one, then as I try to take a shower it’s like the hot water was coming out brown, they stated that there was a plumbing issues, but also the bed smelt like smoke. I requested another room. The second room was great except for that at 1 AM in the morning. I thought it was raining because it was like raining sounds coming, but then I look left And where the fire sprinklers were water was coming out of it and then also in the ceiling was leaking water, so I don’t know if the person who is staying in the room above me, had issues up there, but it was leaking through my room. I went back to the front desk and request another room the third room. They left the fan on while I was there and I guess it was the attempt to try to kill the smoking smell. But it failed, that smell was terrible and I was just gonna deal with it to not be that type of guest, but then I googled the negative effects of thirdhand smoke to your health. Then I requested another room the last room I had there’s no smoking smell. The alarm was good, but it just had an odor, so to not be that type of gas I just dealt with it.
