"Located near lots of restaurants and a parking garage with chargers for electro vehicles. Neighborhood is a bit tricky at night with homeless. Breakfast has nice, fresh variety of options and staff is lovely. I checked in late in the evening & found that the reception desk was “tired” and not very engaged. "

"The room was adorable and very unique and it was perfect for the one night I stayed. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room I stayed in, but I don’t know if others might have more amenities. The bar in the hotel was an experience for sure and the atmosphere was unforgettable. I would definitely stay again!"

"Overall, our stay was good. Seems more outdated in-person than in the pictures. We appreciated the safety precautions of the hotel, as well as how quick and nice the valet service was (all staff was great!) The breakfast was not great, but there was variety each day. Overall, we would stay here again."

"The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high."

"Upon arriving, I was not in the system according to staff. Provided confiramtion number. Staff pleasant. It was discovered it was an error in spelling. King room was spacious and temp in room was able to be set for comfort. Breakfast served at 630am during week.Sat not opened until 0700. Coffee and tea available. Items such as toasted bagels , cereal bar. fresh fruit, yogurt, bananas. apples, eggs, egg quiche. potatoes. warm and delicious. short walk to little italy and waterfront. ubers...

"No microwave in the room. No creamer for coffee at the breakfast they provide. I got stuck in the elevator for about 40 minutes. None of the emergency phones or equipment in the elevator were working."

"There was a party going on at the hotel, on the 19th floor, the first night. You could hear music throughout the entire hotel. Totally ridiculous. I have never experienced anything like that and I’ve traveled extensively. The bad was very uncomfortable. You could tell that it was a cheap mattress. Lastly, check-in time was 4 PM and no exceptions were made to check-in even a minute earlier. "
