"First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones.
Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasn’t rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning.
My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks...

"The website said that the hotel is under renovation and it did not lie. The entrance and lobby are a construction zone. You have to enter from the back. Check in is a person sitting at a desk in the back hallway. The grounds are not being maintained. Only one elevator is in use. However, once you get past all of that, the rooms are spacious and clean."

"I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shady"
