"I found a dead water beetle under the pillow of the room that was assigned to me. Further there was a condom wrapper on the side of the dresser. Upon my complaint, I was moved to a new room, and offered a $20 credit. The second room had water damage in the bathroom, and the front door didn't close all the way. The floors could have used a mop and were slightly sticky.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed given the cost of the rooms."

The hotel and room were very dirty
There were burgs throughout the facility and in the room.
The customer service was poor and unhelpful.
There were fights and excessive noise during the night, making it difficult to sleep.
Police were outside the hotel frequestly.
