"Our first problem was the toliet was plugged. Reported it and was told someone would come and fix it and never came to the room. Reported it a second time and was given a plunger and used that the rest of our stay.
Second issue was no cord on the telephone so we reported that to the front desk and a cord was installed.
Third issue was no towels in the pool area. Went to front desk and asked for towels and was told there was no clean towels.
