Resort is perfect. Great grounds and location. Staff super helpful. Shade cloth over a section of main pool would be only thing l would recommend.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to move rooms to be next to our son. The rooms were v clean and the beds comfortable. The 2bed suite was very well equipped.

By The Sea Port Douglas is a very friendly and excellent place to stay in Port Douglas. It’s location, right off 4 Mile Beach is very unique, and the staff, rooms and ambiance of the hotel made our stay there very enjoyable.
