As the title suggest it is just that. the staff work on a " yes can do basis". The management and staff acknowledges your presence with a nice and short greeting each time and everytime wherever you find yourself. The restaurant waiting staff are very discrete and offers top service without being prompted. The CEO extended his oiwn personal welcome at a cocktail party was most gracious.

Amazing experience, I recommend for everyone. The food is delicious, the service is 7 stars. Nice people, nice view.

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Mauritius. The hotel's about an hour's walk from the town of Flic en Flac, but there are always plenty of taxis outside the hotel that will take you there. The secluded location makes this a very relaxing place to stay. Our room was large, with the biggest bed ever and spacious marble bathroom. Not a bad word to say about this place. Beautiful setting, right on the beach. Hotel and grounds are amazing and very well kept - garden areas with four poster beds are just heaven. The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.

Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it. Beautiful resort on the best stretch of beach in Mauritius - incredible views and sunsets each evening. The staff are all warm and friendly and go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and special. The rooms are well decorated and the beds super comfy. Excellent food and service

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in December. Excellent service and a great place to relax and have a break. Their top priority is your comfort and the staff are extremely polite and professional and do everything they can to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They do not say no to anything you ask for!! A really gorgeous resort based in the North of the island. I went with my partner for a romantic holiday and it was lovely place to relax and unwind. The team can't do enough for you and really looked after us. Make sure you pay for the All Inclusive package as it's well worth it - aside from the buffet, all restaurants are Ala Carte and although not everything is included without a supplement, we found there was enough to choose from. This is a charming boutique hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Janey the cook and her assistant Anushka prepare delicious meals, which are served directly overlooking the sea. Villa Anakao is not situated in a tourist spot. There is a nearby fish stall on a nearby beach which is worth a visit. This hotel is certainly not posh. It is real Mauritius, but is nevertheless a great place to relax after a day of exploring the island, and a fraction of the cost of the much smarter big brand...
