"We stayed at the Sabai at Kan in late May. Kanchanaburi was very quiet, especially after staying in hectic Bangkok. We stayed on the main floor (upstairs). We had a view of lovely trees and the mountains. The room was large and wonderful. We ordered breakfast and it too was very good. The restaurant across the street (JP's) was so good that we went there twice. We would stay again. "

No issue since most rooms seemed to have a secondary padlock style latch and we used our luggage lock to lock our room when not there. Bed was rock hard. I like a hard bed but these were plywood hard. "
