"The staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. It is lovely to be remembered as returning guests as we were by the staff in the Cafe. The SPA is fabulous and they take care of you extremely well. Definitely go for a Beachfront deluxe bungalow you then step straight onto the beach and have your sun beds close to your room. If you want a chilled holiday then I can highly recommend and a quick 10 minute speedboat ride helps rather than a wait for a seaplane."

"This is a hard one. Could have been a 4 or 5 star except for a couple of important details. The water for the shower never got hot, but was neutral enough for a quick shower. The main issue was arranging for transport to the airport for an early flight. We tried to arrange it with the front desk from the moment we arrived. Finally, they said that there would be someone at the desk at 5am to arrange a fixed price taxi. We came down a few minutes before 5am and waited. No one there. Went back up...

"Staff friendly & helpful when we arrived but they seemed to spend most of the time on their mobiles after that. Breakfast was poor & cold & toaster broke after the first day but not replaced. Staff on restaurant disinterested & bored looking. "

"Location is excellent, restaurants, coffee shops, bus station, very safe as it's just behind the police station, staff are nice, however the room was so small, closet was broken, no soap in the bathroom, no tissue papers, no hangers in the bathroom, TV was not working, surprisingly that the price was not less than other places so I felt that I should have chosen better place with the same price."
