"I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. "Air conditioning worked great! The Front porches with rocking chairs are a very nice surprise and to sit out there morning or night is absolutely serene! All you hear is nature! We went horseback riding and that was amazing! To go through the trail through the trees and see the hills and wow what a view from the top! At night to look up at the stars is amazing! "This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding."
