"The management was so poor. When arrived at the hotel, the owner gave me the room at the back. The room was dark due to lamp-off, then he offered another room in the front. But he requested me to pay additional Rp.30,000, I complained why ? Then he decreased it to Rp. 20,000. It's a 'take it of leave it' situation. So I paid the additional Rp.20,000. "Great hotel with really helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms and great rooftop pool and bar. Good location for visiting Java culture and history sites - Borobudur and Prambanan Temples, and Sultan's Palace are essential visits, as is Jalan Malioboro. Walkable for local shopping malls, and for the wonderful House of Raminten restaurant. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Kind and friendly staff were very helpful throughout the stay."
