"Our room was 3 bedrooms and certainly big enough to accommodate a large family. The property looks nice and the location is fine. The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower. Even though there was no hot water the shower only...
