Banff Rocky Mountain Resort
Zero insulation in the units. Can hear every single noise outside. Listened to screaming kids outside our unit while having an 8 month old try and sleep. Remote for tv didn’t work.

Hotel Canoe and Suites
I had an incredible stay at Canoe Suites. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and even had a cozy fireplace! The terrace was huge and perfect for relaxing. Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
Staff was excellent and my boys loved the pool and waterslides. Rooms are getting a bit dated and was a bit disappointing that the pool only opens at 2:30 in the off- season.
