"Our family of 7 needed a last-minute place to stay and booked this gem for a night. The hosts were so kind as they welcomed us late and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, all areas clean and parking was provided. The breakfast in the morning was so enjoyed by all and we would not hesitate to return here if ever in the area."

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

The check in process was so easy and we got there early but they still let us have access to our room without an additional charge (rare in this day and age!). The staff were so accommodating, I had hurt my ankle a few days prior and required icing which they were only too willing to make a temporary ice bag for me. "Room was so clean and staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant as we could choose what we wanted. Parking was handy and getting our ticket validated by hotel was so handy. We will be booking again and will be recommending to our friends as it was so handy into centre of town"
