The place is ran by a loving family, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "Nous vous déconseillons cet hébergement. Nous étions 4 personnes et avons loués 2 chambres. L'emplacement a été difficile à trouver avec le lien envoyé. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine tempête des moussons, et il y avait une panne d'électricité (ce qui n'est pas la faute de notre hôte), mais une fois l'électricité revenue, l'eau n'est pas revenue. "This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect. The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room. A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was charged with a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to my friends"
