"If the room faces the tea gardens, as ours was, the view is lovely & serene. Staff is polite, food is good, property is clean.
Maintenance is poor. Mirrors were foggy, hand shower head was broken (and couldn’t be fixed even after telling them), 2nd day TV stopped broadcasting due lack of payment & no one knew what to do! "

It’s not easy to find unless you have a knowledgeable driver as the hotel reception is on the 3rd floor above shops, the access is at the rear. We were met at the lift by a helpful porter. "The room was great, lots of space, it was clean and well equiped. The bathroom also had everything a traveller could.posisbly need. It was also very easy to find and the reception staff were always eager to help. The breakfast was also good, in taste and variety. The only downside was the staff in the restaurant. I waited long periods and noone wanted to approach me, however I watched them talking to and serving indian customers very quickly. It made me feel very uncomfortable, as it felt like they clearly had double standards for me as a foreigner."
