"Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used.

"The Bel Mar was great. The rooms were very spacious. Not only was it a nice hotel it was also a great value. There was a washing machine in the unit too which the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.
The staff was helpful. Multiple pools, great view, easy walk to the beach, convenient on site parking. We were a couple in our 50’s, there were families too.
The drive to town was easy.
A great place to stay and relax but also easy access to town if you have a car or an easy uber. Highly...

"Good location near the beach. Clean and quiet.. Property managers were helpful and knowledgeable.
Wonderful breakfast at the sister hotel with a large variety of items.. 10 minute walk to get there.
To note: there is a tear down building attached to the property. If you do not want to see this building, make sure you are clear where your room faces."

"Pros: 1. The pool looks nice; however , we didn't use it. 2. The apartment is so big with huge balcony.
Cons: 1. The Apartment and the balcony were so dirty. 2. The bathroom had tons of mosquitos everywhere.
3. No trash pins in the bedroom, the living area or the kitchenette.
4. You get hot water for just few minutes, after that it turns to cold. When we asked about it, we were told to have to be quick when you shower.
6. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
7. We got the room so late, close...
