"To Expedia,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Napoleon HotelMay 2, 2026.
Upon check-in, I discovered that several essential amenities in the room were not functioning properly. The television was not working, and the air conditioning unit was blowing hot air. I promptly reported these issues to the front desk and was assured that maintenance would address them. Unfortunately, no one attended to the matter during our stay.

"The staff was very helpful and gave helpful suggestions for places to visit that I didn’t have booked already. Close to the metro station! The breakfast was delicious and room was spacious."
