Check in was easy, staff showed a lot of care and allowed us to store our bags until our room was ready. Ivan was great and helpful to show us the area around the hotel. Will definitely come back !

I'm judging this on a hotel scale, not a hostel scale. To say the rooms are tiny is an understatement. Cruise ship rooms are bigger. It's also not cheap. The area is under intense construction. There was a jack hammer going off at 7 am 10ft (4 meters) from my pillow! Having to carry our bags up 4 staircases to check in was something I could do without. Thank God we were only there 1 night!

Not to our standard. You have to climb 25 steps with luggages before reaching the elevator. The room very small for 3 people no window looks like a storeroom and clostophobic and dusty under the bed. Air conditioning very poor. Will not recommend to stay here. The staff are the only compliment we got.

Cozy

Carmen, the receptionist, was lovely, fun, and informative. The room was right on La Rambla and the only drawback was that pur beds were two separate twins. So hubs and I squeezed into one. ;)

Small room, but given the location it was reasonable. The person at the front desk helped carry our suitcases up, and also when we checked out they carried them back down. Evan I think was there for our check in and was extremely welcoming. Gave us a rundown of the city and what is worth seeing. Great hospitality. Overall our stay was good~
