The place was spacious, but it lacked basic cleanliness and functionality. When we arrived, the walls were stained and the bed sheets were dirty. The master bathroom couldn’t be used because it didn’t have a splash guard, which caused water to flood the floor, so our entire group had to share one bathroom. There was also a leak under the kitchen sink, several light fixtures that didn’t work, and the JustIN app for the street entrance only functioned intermittently. Overall, the space has potential, but the cleanliness issues and maintenance problems made the stay disappointing.

This isn’t a real hotel. These are scammers. Hotels.com should not allow this listing to be shown. The contact isn’t able to make or revive phone calls. They take 10-30 minutes to respond to texts. When you get to the address there’s no way to get inside because there’s no way to contact anyone. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Bad management! We paid and been told to go picking up the car park key from checkin office, 15 mins driving from the apartment but told me no parking space for us. We have to manage where to park our car at the last minute. After shower the floor was flooded, no way to control. On line check in was so complicated. Condition of the apartment is not very good, a lot need to be fixed. In such price didn’t expect like this.

Not much good about this place, a lot of the equipment was basically falling apart. The safe was left in the locked position and maintenance never came to fix it. The washing machine locked up with our clothes inside, for which they did eventually come and fix. The microwave was iffy, one had to fiddle with the buttons to get it to run. The wood panel on the fridge is loose, which makes opening it difficult. The strict "no partying" policy is ignored -- people were partying late at night on several nights of our stay. The door locks are iffy, one had to use massive force on the front door, while the apartment door sometimes wouldn't close -- I had to tighten some screws in the mechanism to make it work better.

Appart facile à trouver. clé électronique pour arrivée autonome. Appart propre. Rangé. Sur 2 étages + 1 accès terrasse. Bien sympa. Cuisine bien équipée four, plaques gaz, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, grille pain, cafetière nespresso, bouilloire, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Y avait même un lave linge. ce qui était dommage : l eau chaude quasi inexistante, instable. Très difficile de prendre la douche ( impossible de prendre un bain). Pour un appart-hotel, la prestation était minimaliste : draps et serviettes. Aucun papier hygiénique ni savon … je voyage beaucoup. est ce une coutume en Espagne ? C est pas grand chose a faire ! Enfin le bruit de la rue (chambre adulte) + des radiateurs empêche des nuits tranquilles. je reviens au positif : supermarché a 250m
