"Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. La piscine est froide mes enfants n ont pas...

Les activités y sont nombreuses et Didier et Agnès sont d'une remarque gentillesse qui n'hésite pas à se devouer pour leurs client(e)s. "LA pulizia dell'hotel è esemplare, ci sono due aree parcheggio non distanti dall'hotel è quindi possibile scaricare i bagagli in prossimità dell'Hotel e poi parcheggiare la propria auto. Purtroppo non c'e più la navetta che si ferma e porta gli sciatori a Salice D'Ulzio per arrivare alle piste o si sale con la propria auto oppure dalla stazione FS si prendono i bus di linea."
