"Clean and spacious room. Parking was great right outside the room great for those with mobility constraints. Comfy bed and smart tv. Check in and out was easy and the staff were lovely."

"King room was spacious and the bed was comfy. bathroom was great with a little water escaping the shower door onto the floor in front of the loo, a little annoying but no biggy. Also no electric jug to boil water for a cup of tea, but I am sure we could have asked for one if we really wanted it. The staff were great and the food was awesome, Great pub with a friendly bunch of locals. Parking easy enough. If they had an internal stair case to the accomodation from inside the downstairs foyer...

"Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star...

"This was the least expensive hotel i could find in Wollongong so it was pretty good for the money. Good shared bathroom. Great shower. Needs soap in the bathrooms. Bedroom small tidy but very smelly. I cleaned the remote control with a towel and it was very dirty. Water pipes very noisy. A lamp and a box of tissues would be good in the room. Staff were very nice. I went to get some milk and the young woman at the bar was straight onto it. "

"Unable to used the facility and trying to cancelled since i realised my booking st underra but not yet succeeded the person on chats kept asking thesame questions over and over from half pass 9 till 11pm, so li ley go. "When we arrived it took a long time before we were acknowledged at the desk, even though staff could see us. The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 2 hours after checkin time, and we were asked to come back later. Bed wasn’t made to expected standard - only had fitted sheet and grey cover that had stains on it (we had to ask the bar for more sheets). No hot water for the first day of our stay which was particularly inconvenient because we were there to get ready for a wedding. The toilet...
