"Very disappointed with the service in Room I pay a lot for a room and my room was not clean until Saturday in afternoon from Thursday I call to request a cleaning and From desk lady was extremely rude I don’t understand how a beautiful hotel like this have the low person service front desk not greeting you with welcome good morning and not people person personal maibe you need to look in this issue are they unhappy working there or just not qualified for the job "

"It was a decent hotel with a good breakfast and clean rooms. I stayed there for a convention( the ballroom was nice) since the downtown area isn’t my preference. The only downside was the pool. It needed an urgent upgrade with plants and a vending machine. Parking was expensive, but I suppose it’s downtown. The last thing that bothered me was the loud flushing sound. It echoed through all the rooms next to, above, and below mine."

"You get what you pay for. Bare minimum of towels, 2 tiny pillows for 2 people, uncomfortable mattress. We had soap but no shampoo or conditioner "

"Due to the terrible pillows, a couple questionable spots on my towel, signs aging on the building exterior and the way the parking lot is set up, I had to take at least one star off. Otherwise, the staff is kind the water and the shower stays hot and the room smelled clean and the size of the room and bed were impressive. For what my wife and I paid, I'm not upset."

"The property was nice. Check-in was seamless, I don’t think it took 5 minutes. My room was clean and spacious, the balcony was a nice touch, I spent most of my time out there relaxing. "

"From the initial email from David, welcoming me to the hotel asking if I had any request or needs before arriving. I simply wanted a higher floor and that was granted...Room 1204 Nice! Upon arriving I was greeted by George, who was awesome and so gracious as to tell me about the neighborhood and give me a map to the Kia Center and surrounding areas- Love it... I encountered Kayla the next day when I went down for drinks and then Jeffery when I needed silverware and a microwave the following day. I had an Awesome time in Orlando, I was there to celebrate my daughter's acceptance to Medical School and to support my son and his team at the Kia Center- which is why I chose the hotel for its close proximity. Everyone that I encountered was on point and the customer service was unmatched! Upon checking out I met and talked to Edmundo and he was delighted that we truly enjoyed the stay and all the team members were awesome.. * I will also like to thank the house man, the dynamic ladies taking care of the rooms and the young guys and young lady outside/ Valet they were awesome and made a great impression as well. I am grateful for the experience. I shall see you all hopefully in November for my birthday! Thank You All Sonia"

"This hotel thinks that just because you book a room on a non-refundable rate that it means that they should be okay with accepting black mold that shoots out of your AC unit that is right over your head onto your pillows. They also think that it is okay to lie about the unit being brand new, when it is clearly very old. They also think that it’s okay to lie about accommodating me by switching me to another room when they told me they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me. When I continued to push and told them I couldn’t stay there and breathe that in, they then told me they would move someone else into the room that I was requesting to be removed from. I reiterated that they told me they were fully booked so how is that possible?! “Oh we will just put someone else in that room who hasn’t checked in yet” is what I was told. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable with them putting some other innocent guest in a room that clearly has health hazards. Clearly they do not care about the health and safety of their guests, nor do they care about morals or ethics. Do not stay here. The hotel reeks of mold and nut from the second you walk in the door, so it was no surprise that I found plenty of it in my room."
