"The staff was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant was wonderful. However, this is not a hotel that offers convenience…they offer uniqueness. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. It had frozen over. We were on the 8th floor and finally found ice on the 5th floor. The room had no microwave. Each floor has a room with one small microwave that was splattered with old food. The water glasses weren’t clean…they both had lip marks on them. Check in is on the 12th floor None of this provides for a comfortable stay …but if you prefer unique over comfort and convenience this is the hotel for you. Honestly we paid $655.00 for 2 nights plus a $60 parking fee. A motel 6 has a microwave in the room, ice down the hall, breakfast in the morning, clean drinking glasses, and a centrally located front desk. Again if you want unique this is it But if not, consider staying elsewhere."

"The room was great. Two separate rooms, one had a sofa, desk and TV, the other was the bedroom with TV, closet and bathroom. The hotel is very nice and located directly across from Forest Park and very close to Barnes Jewish Hospital."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Our room was absolutely disgusting. Red stains on the chair and floor(also in the stairwell). The pillows were dirty, sheets and blankets were dirty, towels were dirty. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I have no idea how this hotel has 3 stars and above a 7 star rating. It was also almost $200 for the room (I've paid less and got better). I'm assuming it cost that much because of its location (it was close to Busch stadium and other places)."
