Ambiente moderno, quartos novos, tamanho OK, muito limpos e o café é maravilhoso. Unico ponto foi que o box de vidro tem uma abertura embaixo, ao tomar banho, molha o chão do banheiro. Deixar disponível um tapete seria interessante.

Reservei o Ibis Barra do Garças pela plataforma Hoteis.com. Na plataforma paguei pelo café da manhã (já que a maioria dos hoteis da rede Ibis precisa pagar pelo café da manhã) e também o jantar. Quis juntar o útil ao agradável. Iria ficar quatro dias fazendo trilha na região e queria chegar, jantar e dormir. Mas quando cheguei no hotel com o comprovante de pagamento da meia pensão, as recepcionistas disseram que lá não tinha jantar e que a "meia pensão" era o café da manhã. Aí pergunto, onde que café da manhã é meia pensão, se a meia pensão se configura como duas refeições? Achei o povo um pouco despreparado. Até aí tudo bem... Não podia brigar pq não tinha feito a reserva direto com eles. Fui lesada pelo Hoteis.com. Mas como a avaliação é sobre o hotel, preciso dizer que apesar da simpatia das pessoas da recepção, faltou um pouco de destreza na realização do check in. Eles não informam na hora do check in que o cartão que vc recebe, serve apenas para usar no elevador e abrir a porta do quarto. Não informam como usar a wifi antes de você ir para o quarto. No quarto que fiquei, a TV aberta não funcionava bem, liguei na recepção para saber se tinha algum streaming disponível, a moça que me atendeu disse q não, mas sugeriu que eu usasse os streaming que estavam logados por hóspedes anteriores. Não achei isso legal. Eles deveriam solicitar que os hóspedes não deixassem os streaming logados para evitar de outras pessoas acessarem. Sobre a localização do hotel, perto da rodoviária
