Great little hotel with a nice pool, friendly staff.

Have stayed in this hotel many times. We love the atmosphere there. The bathrooms are a little tired looking, but there is always hot water. The best feature is the views across to the historic town of Silves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights on route elsewhere. The staff are absolutely charming and helpful in every way. Available meals were simple and limited, but were more than adequate and were reflected in their lower cost, particularly as the setting from the veranda easily made up for it. A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Beautiful location, surrounded by the nature, piece and quiet. Our room was really spacious with 2 bathrooms, a big bed with tv, living room with another tv and a kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall it's a modern hotel that I truly recommend.

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be. The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too. This hotel is just wonderful. The staff are amazing and will do anything to help you with everything you need. I had a studio room with a kitchen, it is very well equipped and even the freezer works which is a huge plus in a hotel! The bed is the comfiest I've slept in a long time. The area this hotel is in is beautiful, with a little shop just down the road with all the basics and more. We loved this resort. Set in lovely grounds with excellent facilities, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. The resort was very quiet and most mornings we had sole use of the gym. We opted for the breakfast buffet which provided an excellent spread of food with both hot and cold options. We would definitely go back again in the future

We have stayed here a number of times, and this has become one of our favorite properties in the Algarve. Inside a huge property (3 kms of road separate you from the main entry to the hotel reception) but still a few kms from the beaches and all the buzz. The rooms are very spacious and with an incredible view to the golf course. Great food, brilliant staff, this is much more that what we expected from a 4* property.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a single traveller. The room was lovely, the decor was contemporary and the king size bed was great. The pool and grounds were beautiful, well maintained and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There was only a small number of children staying at the hotel and that for me was also a bonus as it meant a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. We stayed here in July 2014 as a family of four, kids aged 4 and 6. It is the best of both worlds - the convenience of an apartment with the facilities of a hotel. Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

We had a great 2 week holiday. Vitor's village was a great choice. It is in a top location, has well maintained facilities and grounds. The staff were pleasant and attentive across the board, the reception staff speak very good English and helped us out with our return transfers - top marks for that. Our apartment was swept, mopped, daily and adequate supplies of toiletries maintained throughout. And we had fresh towels more frequently than stated in the hotels brochure.
