"My room was deactivated without my notice couple of days. I have to come down with all access cards to activated to get in for no reason. Very frustrating, never seen any hotel doing this till now. Hotel staff and process must be fixed first. If some is wrong , have to inform us first by phone. Our wedding stuff is inside the room when this happened. I am the one booked 7 rooms and been mistreated. Hope my feedback help for future customers or blind eye"

"The breakfast was okay but not great. Egg looks like dog food but hash brown and meat patties are better. AC worked great, TV connection are outdated, unable to access YouTube and Netflix through personal or hotel accounts. Room is clean, and the staffs are helpful. "

"I don’t think the room can sleep 6 adults; the sofa bed is really only big enough for one average sized person. Bathroom was tiny and not enough trash cans in the room. But breakfast was good, and the staff were all friendly. "
