You see José’s dedication to keeping the place clean and tidy and you can see him walking around feeding the animals and treating the vines. A wonderful breakfast was included, which seems to be a vanishing practice in Europe these days. The hotel offers diner (not included) as well. The town of Tabuaco is quite small so dining options near by are limited. We would stay there again."
