"Lovely Hotel with the most super comfy bed. Room 203 was on the corner with lots of room inside. Nice and bright with great air con. Bathroom was a good size, lots of hot water at peak times. Reception staff were first class, very happy and welcoming guys. Breakfast was good with lots of choice from continental to cooked, we went down at 9am most mornings to find ran out of cooked food, bit slow in topping up. Coffee machines were excellent. Disappointed no kettle in room, and a coffee machine present with a sign saying to purchase coffee pods at reception for 1 euro, also sign on it to say not to use Tap water, pay 1.5euro for a bottle of water at the bar. Loved the pool although dangerous stepping into it with no handlebar. Outdoor sun area was really nice with on going maintenance work happening. Will no doubt be very nice when finished. Sunbed cushions are tied onto beds therefore not removed during the night causing them to be water logged in morning. Please please please, if you are going to have an A4 poster on entry to the breakfast room telling you to wash your hands with the gel before entering then please supply it. , the gel bottle was bone dry and really looked like it had been there for many months....If you don't intend to supply it, then take it away... (just one of my frustrations).. Other than that, i would certainly come back. Thanks for organising my Partners birthday surprise wine & chocolates. We enjoyed them."

"Spectacular location on a cliff top overlooking a beautiful beach. Front desk and restaurant staff were very kind and welcoming. Shared the dining room with a noisy bus full, but otherwise had a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed a fine walk to the next town along, but not too near the cliffs to west of the Pousada. Booked a premium room, but offered a suite at no extra charge."

"The room was amazing: clean, spacious, and had a balcony with perfect views of the ocean and the pool area. Breakfast was typical and satisfying. I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"Lovely resort in a modern design and a unique spot close to the beach. We stayed in a partial view double room and had amazing views, and housekeeping left a small treat each night at the turn down service which was a really nice touch. The breakfast was really lovely and worth adding on. The pools could have been kept a little warmer (we were there in the last week of Apr). Staff are lovely and try very hard though bear in mind everything in Portugal is slower paced if you are coming from bigger cities. Some lovely restaurants on site but also in nearby Sagres and Vila do Bispo. Thoughtfully designed for families with children. Caters to lots of activities including tennis, padel, road cycling etc "

"This property and entire experience was excellent. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are really extraordinarily good. The food was excellent both for breakfast and at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful and people were using it while we were there even though it was mid April and lovely warm. This is a wonderful find and we look forward to going back. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a farm animal area to visit which is lovely and fun!"

"Wonderful hotel. Fresh tasty buffet breakfast - not a thing to complain about there except if you were staying for more than 3/4 nights it may be nice to have a little more variety. For me yogurt fruit cheese and bottomless coffee was perfect! Lovely friendly staff who give the best service and advice. Rooms could be slightly updated with chips and scrapes in furnishings, but had a nice the rustic feel. It would be really nice if the rooms had fridges and kettle. Overall a brilliant stay! "

"We went through the online check in process and got annoyed once as it didn't save my progress when the kid grabbed my phone and minimized the app. It did make access smooth but wasn't necessary as there was staff at the front desk when we arrived (we weren't sure we would be in time for that). Really convenient grocery store around the corner and plenty of free parking but off season the restaurants were all closed most of the time (not really our thing to eat out but thought I'd mention it because we saw people wandering looking for food). We walked to the fort after driving to the lighthouse the day before and seeing how it was on the way. Awesome nature preserve accessed by going through the fort with a wonderful walk and views."
