"Room has no central hvac. All a/c and heat is all from the buildings system. There’s no way to control how cold or warm the room gets. Brush fire smoke smell was coming into the room from the outside air. Floors were sticky and bathroom floor was dirty. I left before staying the night. Only positive is that I was refunded quickly for the inconvenience. Would not recommend. "

"There were no instructions for the thermostat, so I did not know how to set it properly to keep the room cool the first night - which ruined my sleep. I finally figured it out at about 5AM. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! I didn't try breakfast this time but it's usually awesome with some version of eggs, breakfast treats, and make-your-own waffles; I just love that!"
