"We checked in and went into our room which smelled like a wet dog. Asked the person at desk if we could get another room, stated “I don’t know what to tell you we are booked”. Asked for a refund and then he stated we will try to get the smell out. We waited in room and a nice lady came to door and showed us 2 more rooms we could switch to (booked up huh). The room we took did not smell but air conditioner kept running and was really cold but we stayed. Never again, we have taken many trips and this is the first time we had an issue with a hotel. That lady that gave us another room was only bright spot there!! Don’t stay, look elsewhere."
