"AMAZING"

"Pool was a dump! Same trash from 4:30pm was there at 8pm and still wasnt cleaned up when the pool was closed at 10pm! Fyi- use your $10 food and beverage voucher the day you check in or lose it! They dont tell you this! Beverage cooler in king rooms doesnt get cold Early check in is an editional $50 and is at 1pm if granted and they dont tell you that either!"

"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...

"Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes."

"It is well situated for our visits to Austin. However, the staff did not inform us of any of the benefits that were supposed to come with our room. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise - great staff, views, and food!"

"Room was so cute and comfortable. Location cannot be beat, right across from an HEB and minutes away from Lake Travis/Bob Wentz park, etc! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had in my life, full cable on TV, loads of pillows for the bed, informative staff. Would absolutely return!"

"This property is currently undergoing renovation so the lobby was not accessible. This is understandable, but there was not even a chair for my husband to sit in while I got the car. The breakfast area was also closed off and breakfast consisted of an apple, a granola bar, a muffin, and a small carton of milk handed to us in a paper bag. The coke machine was empty. The property is also not that easy to drive to if you aren’t familiar with the area."

"A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! "

"The hotel is new, clean, funky, and right across the street from UT. The staff were great too. Only downsides are that the rooms are small and the only parking option is valet, which is expensive. Hotels should provide free parking to their paying guests, not charge them an exrtra $50 on top of the room rate. Not cool."

"Clean safe & quiet property (despite being so close to highways,) staff helpful & friendly, had everything I needed & would stay again! (My dog also approved.) "

"Could use some upgrades but otherwise ver clean, loved the shower and I slept like a baby. Only thing I did not like was the fact that the hotel was pet friendly, do as I was falling asleep I got a good whiff of dog smell. "

"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."
