"We ended up at this hotel due to blizzard conditions. While the room was clean and comfortable, our overnight experience was horrible. We arrived around 9 pm and already the room across the hall from us seemed pretty busy. As the night went on, more and more people arrived and the volume of music, voices, and hallway traffic became completely out of control. I ended up calling the front desk 5+ times before the Msp police arrived to clear out the room. Each time I called, I gave plenty of time for the disturbance to be remedied before calling again. When the room cleared out, I counted "

"This was our 2nd stay at The Hotel Indigo - we especially enjoy the restaurant/bar in the property. They have late- night menu options, which is awesome after attending concerts, etc in the area. "

"Loved the modern vibe of this hotel. Great staff, helpful and cool. Loved the free Wi-Fi and the hours of the kitchen and bar. Can't beat the price either. I really wish I could have stayed longer. I'd definitely go back."

"The room was clean. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. The cookies were a nice touch. The beds were not comfortable. I felt like I was at an angle and the mattress felt like it was on a board. We were there 4 nights and only had our trash taken and fresh towels once. I had to call multiple times to get towels and trash out. Our beds were never made. The restaurant/bar was closed most of our stay and when it was open, they did not have a cook and limited stock of beverages. Definitely opportunities for improvement. "

"Property was ok there was a stain in the sheets but the front desk staff was very rude any time we talked to them. Thought maybe was someone just having a bad day while checking in but nope anytime we talked to them about anything. "
