"We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came...
