The room was nice, the ac was noisy the staff new about it and said they are waiting for a replacement but they put us in a noisy room anyway knowing the ac was not working properly. The toilet back up and didn’t get fixed after I requested it to be fixed three times the lady said she couldn’t get to it because she had to go to work? Must be the second job but I asked another person and he said he would get to it but didn’t so when my wife and I got back the the room late at night it was still backed up so the person behind the desk went looking for a plunger after awhile he found one and handed it to me and I fixed it myself.
Everything else was great if it weren’t for the problems I mentioned above it would have been great.
