Room was clean, neat and roomy. Heat seemed amiss. awoke in the night, roasting, turned down the thermostat but the heat still seemed to run so I turned it off. Self service coffee in lobby but I couldn't figure out how to use the keurig. Everything else very good.

Booked with Expedia who said hotel acknowledged reservation but at check in, said no reservation. Front desk has no computer. Expedia tried calling multiple times but call was disconnected.
