"Great home base for our time in Ulaanbataar. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and had something different each day. The main square and all the museums are a reasonable walk away and there is a supermarket right across the street. I stayed in another hotel slightly closer to the square for the same price which was much less comfortable."

"The staff tried but... When it's cold there is no way to warm the room. Breakfast depended on when staff could arrive. All furniture and wall paper chipped or peeling. Toilet often ran until back of tank lifted and played with. In check in they said they could do laundry but didn't say it would take over a day and initially tried to return clean but wet clothes. Image of lobby very deceiving."

"The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the reception desk and the housecleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at the Millenium Restaurant were very good, though it was crowded when tour groups were in attendance. They should consider extending their hours to accommodate more people and adding more staff to clear tables quicker; the restaurant employees were working hard, but they were shorthanded. Finally, the hotel is well-maintained, but there was a lack of hot...

"We had business suites. They were very well laid out, clean, roomy, elegant and stocked very well."

"The hotel is quite new, and the staff was very friendly. There were some minor issues in my room, such as light switches not working properly but in general I had a very good stay. The breakfast buffet is small but more than enough, with veggies, egg, toast, etc. The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but approx. 20mins walking distance to Sükhbaatar Square, which is easilg manageable. A supermarket is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. "

"The staff were pleasant and helpful but the hotel was badly maintained and the building was not soundproofed. It was very noisy even when other guests were doing perfectly reasonable things such as using the bathroom. There were parties during the night and the restaurant generated a lot of noise. Not a good place to visit if you like sleep!"
