"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is well-priced and includes parking and breakfast with a hot grab-and-go breakfast sandwich option. The $7/day unlimited shuttle to downtown Charleston is a total steal and incredibly convenient. The staff was highly attentive, helpful, and focused on comfort. A lovely bonus was the evening snack station featuring sweet and salty treats with cold fruit-infused water. Will stay here again."

"Everything was fabulous!!! Only complaint was that we are gold status and were suppose to receive a room upgrade. Our travel partners received the upgraded king with fireplace and are not gold status and we did not, A little disappointing but the stay was still great ! I did ask about this but was told all the rooms are different ."

I appreciated the little touches that made a big impact, like the daily complimentary happy hour in the library, the complimentary soda, juice, bottled still and sparkling water, pimento cheese, and a daily morning picnic basket with breakfast fare. "Parking was easy for me, they have valet. The front desk staff was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. My room was neat and clean. The pool is medium small and goes up to 5 feet. The hotel was in the best location if youre visiting the hospital across the street. "
