Everything about the hotel was perfect. We celebrated a birthday whilst there and they arrived at the room with a cake and decorated the room whilst we were out. The location is unbeatable, quiet but perfectly central for all cafes and restaurants and 5 min walk from the beach. The food was great from the hotel restaurant and the staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. It was that good we go back in 5 days after a trip to Uluwatu

Me and my Girlfriend stayed here for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful and cleaned our room every time we left. They also regularly maintained the site ensuring it was super clean.

Excellent

Lovely staff, beautiful room and facilities. Would highly recommend!

I would make the entrance more visible as it truly is a hidden gem. But i didn’t like the fact that when I asked to extend you were hitting rates of 1.9m at me when I paid nothing close to that before. Customers are there to be maintained - not just to win a little more money out of if they are showing loyalty to them

Clean room, helpful staff and great location

Could not speak more highly of our stay at this resort - from the moment we got out of our cab and were greeted by all the friendly staff, Meta was amazing, she helped us with a smooth check in and welcome drinks, our room was breathtaking, the plunge pool was the icing on the cake! The resort facilities were amazing, from the floating bars to the spa options, the ultimate hub for a couple searching for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Canggu! We will most definitely be visiting here again...

Absolutely spotless, lovely big room, fantastic rooftop pool, amazing staff. The downsides are: there's no soundproofing for the apartment door, so every person walking past in flip flops can be heard clipping past. We asked for towels to push under the door as we were by the stairs. There's no lift. So be prepared to walk up steep concrete stairs. The building is still very much under construction, so any room on one side is met at the window with scaffolding, very little natural light...
