Good hotel in decent location but only issue is the lifts, they can be very busy during busier times in the day and take long wait time to go up and down. Otherwise nice comfortable 4 star property.

Great apart-hotel...room was big and clean, staff were really helpful, location was good, near the stadium. Can be a little annoying waiting for the elevator, specially if you are on a high floor as I was...but I think this is pretty common for all the high rise hotels in batumi. Overall has great stay there, and for the price, would definitely stay there again on next trip there.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a new, modern, clean, and spacious property. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The location is perfect — the hotel is right in the city center, and the beach is only about a 7–8 minute walk away. It was very convenient to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The hotel also offers parking. The parking area is not very large, but it was enough for our group, and we were able to find spaces for all three of our cars, which was very convenient. The elevator service was excellent; even during busy times, we waited no more than 2–3 minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our choice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly return again in the future.

The apart-hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a Supermarket. Did not explore dining options. Rooms are non-smoking, but a there is a built-in cigarette disposal for smokers. The room was very clean and comfortable. Slippers, bathroom amenties, hair dryer, a tea kettle, water jug, cups/plates and cutlery were provided as well as tea, coffee and sugar. Sufficient space for storing clothes and personal items. Suggestions for improvement: Essential - only bath towels were provided, suggest providing face towels and a bath mat to step out of the shower. Other minor improvements include a chair on the balcony and night lamps, but all in all, a very comfortable and reasonably priced place in Batumi. Thank you

I had a really nice experience in The Blue sky aparthotel.It is modern and well kept,with a tolerant staff.They allowed me to check in earlier than 2pm,and on Check out they allowed me to stay as much as I needed before going to the airport.The room is spacious and nice. Pity they dont have a chair in the balcony.

Overall it was good, but these points require their attention. They didn't clean the room everyday. The only day they cleaned was after we specifically asked for it. We weren't in the room most of the time, so that wasn't the reason either. The lifts were crowded. You had to wait 5-15 minutes to get up or down. The stairs were signalled only as the fire emergency exit so still you were discourage to use them

Don't ever stay in this place. Expedia make money and when you get there the first 4 days has left on a sheet. Never been changed. No housekeeping. Also, the key won't work after the second day in your room. Therefore, everyday you have to go refresh your key with the reception people and you have to stay in a line for long time, everyday after I go upstairs to the 20th floor I have to go back downstairs because the key they gave me is not working and they have to reactivate it. It's ridiculous and they have a bad attitude. I actually took pictures and video and I'll be contacting scriptia if not A lawyer
