"I would have given a 5-star rating if I hadn't had trouble with the front desk staff regarding the reservation. I booked the hotel through Expedia for my brother. While everything was fine on my end, the hotel staff somehow had trouble accessing the reservation because they did not scroll up to see the full information on their screen! The trouble they caused me was more annoying and bothersome than the actual issue, which was simply that they had not done their job properly."
