All staff members there are professional and so kind: exception and great service by all staff, especially Yude, who really went above and beyond service and really ensured we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay. They will organize you a driver to anywhere you want or you can use the free shuttle to go to Ubud city. In Ubud itself there's a lot of traffic and it's pretty loud and hectic, so I preferred to stay a little outside.
