"Breakfast was fast and staff helpful. Our room key stopped working after 1st day and I had to track down front desk staff to re-activate. We asked for towels the second day and after 4 hours we had to ask again . There was very little water pressure but lots of hot water. The bathroom door did not close easily, but bed was comfortable."

"There was sand or some other grainy substance on the bed. The air conditioner made so much noise in room 118. If I weren't so tired and had to get up extra early I would have went to the office. The price of $407 bucks for one night was criminal for the dump I stayed in. Not a good experience for sure. Thank God there were no bed bugs."

"The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

"It was such a fantastic hotel and staycation with my BFF visiting from Chicago for my 60th. The only things that are odd is if you go to the pool and pool bar you are not allowed to bring any food or water in there. That was fine and not sure what they for families with kids and their snacks so it could be different. You also can't charge anything to your room so bring your CC to the pool.
Other than that it was such an AMAZING hotel and if you are there on a Sunday make sure to go to the pool...

"Parking is VERY problematic. There is no on-site parking. Their ‘onsite’ parking is several blocks away in a public garage. You will need to roll your suitcase several city blocks and anytime you go out, be prepared to walk back and forth.
