"It is more like someone’s timeshare apartment than a resort. Online check in, use mobile phone to communicate. Be aware! You need to take out your own trash and NO housekeeping services. "We had an amazing stay at Boulders Resort! The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and they were happy to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. "This place was super dumpy. For paying $160 for one night I was expecting a very nice well maintained hotel. The hotel looks likes it falling apart, the floor in the room was filthy and our feet turned black from walking on it, the “beach” was so small and dirty, the pool was dirty and had clumps of hair floating around, and there were sketchy guests hanging out around outside leaving trash and their belongings all over the place.
