"The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. "The lodge is right on the North Idaho Centennial trail. Very easy to walk along the lakefront from the lodge but it is not on the water. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.The mattress was a bit soft for us. Overall a great location and we would stay again when in the area."

We went back to talk to the front desk and were told that they gave our room away and there wasn’t anything we could do about it. The room was clean. The beds were good. "It was a nice stay, close to activities in the area. Took the water cruise and ate at the Dockside restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel was great as well as all the staff."

"Bathtub was clogged, the hotel ran out of breakfast and towels. We had to shower and use wash rags to dry off five people. Key card only worked for one day of our two day trip. Cockroaches outside the building. No daily maid service. DO NOT stay here"
